As class president he was asked to give a speech at the commencement ceremonies. While doing research for his speech, he learned that representatives from post-World War II Germany and Japan toured the United States to learn about our education system.
One of the schools they visited was Cleveland’s West Technical High School.
Applying the lessons they learned at West Tech helped both war torn countries build strong democratic economies.
Peter Jedick is an award-winning freelance writer.
He is the author of two previous non-fiction books: League Park and CLEVELAND: Where the East Coast Meets the Midwest. This is his second novel. His first novel was HIPPIES.
